Lead Cultivator


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead Cultivator will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Qualify prospects, generate interest and set appointments for NorthStar’s outside sales personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must be able to work with and take direction from Sales Department.
  • Meet with Lead Sales Representative weekly for lead list, suggestions, and instruction.
  • Identify new sales opportunities in current territories
  • Evaluate prospective clients to ensure they meet NorthStar’s client focus.
  • Assist in Demos and Installs.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Exhibit traits from all company core values (included in attached company video).
  • Valid Driver’s license.
OFFICE TRAINING:

There will be approximately 2+ hours of in-office training. Subject to change.

ROAD TRAINING:

Will go on the road with Sales Department during training until ready as determined by sales department.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly plus “First Install amount” Bonus, paid the following pay period up to $300. Amounts over $300 to be paid over the following quarter.

ATTIRE:

Northstar shirt with casual/dress pants, below and appropriate shoes.

TOOLS:

Appropriate sales tools as instructed by sales department. This includes but are not limied to Northstar brochures, folders and John Adams business cards
